Privacy Policy

Minimal amounts of data are persisted for a user while using the Password Tote service. The data is stored for the end users benefit and for a quality software experience. The data we store is NOT shared or sold to any 3rd parties. These include:

• -We will keep record of your username, email, and payment related details to provide online services.
• -The date and time you login and logout of Password Tote. Along with the IP address from which you are accessing Password Tote.
• -Any and all secured data, specifically entered into the Password Tote service by an action, performed knowingly, by the end user.
• -The number of times and the date of which you have accessed each password stored in Password Tote.
• -Errors in software behavior which may be experienced by the end user. This does not include data outside of the general error, such as hardware configurations or other data that is not explicitly declared as something that would be transmitted in such error reports.
• -YubiKey Id's are stored for the purpose of properly authenticating a user uses when they use a YibuKey for 2 factor authentication.

Email addresses are not shared or sold to any 3rd parties. Email addresses are stored strictly for communication purposes between ControlDev and the end users of Password Tote.
